The commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE only.
The commissioned artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, altered or used for any profit-generating activities.
I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. I also retain the right to post the artwork online and include it in my portfolio. If you prefer the artwork to not be shown in public, please let me know in the order form.
Do not claim the artwork as yours. Please indicate proper credit when posting online. The artwork will have a small and unobtrusive watermark.
The commissioned artwork shall not be associated with AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency.
I have the right to reject commission orders.
No refunds. Exception can only be made if I fail to finish and deliver the artwork, in which case, I will offer what I have accomplished for the price it is equivalent to.
COMMERCIAL USE illustrations have a different terms and rates. Please email me at [email protected] for more information.
process
Fill out the order form. Please be as detailed as possible.
Wait for my response through your preferred channel. Accepted commissions will have the payment details and estimated turn-around-time in said email.
50% of total price must be settled before I start working on the artwork. Full payment upfront is also accepted.
Payment channel is strictly PayPal (in US$).
I will send you the composition and color palette with notes for your approval. Major revisions can be discussed at this stage only.
Once approved, I will proceed to do and finish the artwork. I will send you progress updates, the frequency of which will depend on the complexity of the work. Typical updates inlcude: rough sketch, cleaner sketch with base colors, rendering progress.
Once the artwork is done, I will require the 50% balance to be settled. Once paid, the commissioned artwork will be sent to you via email. A short completion form which you must acknowledge will also be included in the email.
